"I had gotten a Burrito Bowl, decided that I wanted one at like 9, and after about 15-20 minutes I finally ordered it. My order came at 9:45 ish and my dasher dropped it off and took a picture. While they were there, I asked them if they could get utensils and they said "yes" and "no problem", which makes their service a 5 star service to me because of the kindness and respect they showed. The Burrito Bowl itself was extremely delicious, filling, and wasn't too cold or hot which I'm grateful for! "
"There was hardly any meat in the burrito bowl and the small amount that was present was at one end of the bowl with everything else on top of it. The black beans were piled in the other end of the bowl instead of placed through out the entire bowl. It was like eating a salad with beans, sour cream, guacamole and maybe 2-3 bites of carnitas. That's a pretty expensive salad. This is the second time I've had issues with the burrito bowl when delivered. I will not order for delivery again. I'm not sure if it would be better when ordered in person."
