Three or four shavings of mushrooms was disappointing, but the broth is tasty.

"This is the third time we have ordered from this restaurant in the past week. The food is phenomenal. The Katsu Ramen may be the best Japanese dish I've ever had - the pork cutlet is perfectly crispy, the curry broth has a real depth of flavor, and the crunchy cabbage and carrots are the perfect foil for the tender ramen noodles. And the soft boiled egg is perfectly cooked and delicious.
