"I was really looking forward to trying the food here, and I was quite disappointed. I got the LA Galbi Combo (BBQ Short Rib) 갈비 +순두부. Almost everything was overcooked. The flavor of the LA galbi itself was ok, but the meat was rubbery. The fried croaker was so overcooked that the meat was almost hard like plastic. The rice was overly soft and chewy, and the beans banchan were dry in an unpleasant way. The serving sizes were quite small for the price as well -- I wasn't expecting a ton of food, but for $35+ delivery, I was expecting more, especially of the banchan. The banchan included a few pieces of cabbage kimchi, a tablespoon or two of dry beans, and a quarter cup or so each of fish cakes and some kind of slaw.
Overall the flavor was alright, but the textures were off and I felt that I wasn't getting a lot of value in either quality or quantity."

"I have no problem with the taste. their food is good and tastey. My problem is the portions and price.
The curry and rice plate was $19 but honestly looked like 10 or 12 dollars worth.
Gyoza is expensive in most japanese restaurants. they give you 4 here for $7. You could eat all 4 in half a minute. imo each gyoza is worth $1. They should give you 7 for $7.
The matcha cheesecake was probably the highlight of my meal they really blended the flavors and texture perfectly. My problem? it is astonishingly small. Its practically miniature. Crazy thing is Id probably order it again because of the taste but come on... I guess they are trying to look "gourmet"? $7 is gourmet prices as well."

The Cucumber Roll wasnt rolled correctly and it was missing one piece - it comes with 6 we got 5 pieces. The Spicy Garlic Edamame was basically heated and thrown in with garlic, it did not come with its usual marinade and was not spicy AT ALL. This place isn't cheap and they need to take every order into consideration as we are paying MORE for our meals with the 20% surcharge. "

"The Daikoku Ramen is amazing. I even drank all the broth and I usually don't bother.
They actually remembered to add my extra egg <3 (separately), which is something a lot of places forget to add even though it's on the receipt. The extra egg was cooked just as perfectly as the egg in the ramen.
The Mango Moose was surprisingly mostly frozen upon arrival, which I didn't expect, and it made for a lovely, cold treat by the end of the meal. No clue what the purple syrup is, but it's great with or without the moose lol
Even the packaging was on-point. The bags were sealed in a way that made sure no one opened them without you being able to tell 100%. And the bowl for the Daikoku Ramen was honestly kinda cool. I've never seen a more secure, yet still easy-to-open, to-go bowl like this. Definitely ordering from here again."
