The fried Chongqing Spicy Deep Fried Chicken 重庆辣子鸡 was incredibly tough and dry, like the chicken had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The Shredded Pork With Small Pepper 小椒肉丝 was alright but very oily and the peppers were soft. The Egg Drop Soup (S) 蛋花汤（小） was flavorless. I'll have to doctor the leftovers.
