Good salsa is a must for me and they definitely check that box. The shrimp and chicken soups are packed with flavor, so delicious. "The rating on this restaurant is deceiving. Second time ordering from Tacoyote. Both experiences have exceeded expectations based off of DD ratings. They have become our favorite Mexican spot in two orders. Chipotle Chicken Enchiladas were absolutely the best Enchiladas... cook, sauce, flavor. Followed up with the Poblano Enchiladas which were phenomenal and this is coming from a "meat only" preference for entrees. The Barracho Shrimp Tacos were also fantastic. They package everything very well for travel and exceed typical Door Dash expectations. A current 4.3* rating is ridiculous because this is by far one of the best Mexican takeout places in the area on DD. I've had many more dishes than referenced but they have all been terrific. Highly recommend and encourage you to disregard the 4.3 and expect a 4.9."
