"Absolutely LOVE Tickets! Good arrived hot and delicious. The clam cakes are bomb, the fish and chips are, too. Don't even get me going on the stuffies, out of this world! One thing I've noticed recently, as we order a lot, is that some menu items have changed. Previously when ordering the Steak and Eggs it was perfection. Today it arrived and was a bit of a mess, and was covered in spinach and mushrooms. It's never been that way before, and the change was unexpected and the result wasn't the usual 'love it'. The turkey club isn't on the menu anymore, replaced with a turkey sandwich you can add bacon too, but again; not the same. I've also noticed the last few orders have been wrong. Luckily it's always easily sorted. To that end, I stand by loving this place and will continue to order. Hands down the best you can find on Door Dash. Thank you, Tickets!! Even with the changes and the few hiccups we have, you're still me and my family's absolute fave!"

"When I order a steak for delivery, I know it's not going to be the best steak in the world, but this was truly bad, especially compared to other restaurants' offerings in the area. The steak was thin, bland, and fully gray despite being ordered MR. Again, with delivery, I typically find that steaks come more cooked than ordered, but this was like leather. The steak seemed to be marinated in some sort of vinegar prior to cooking, and the resulting sourness was overpowering. Packaged with fries, so those were a vinegary wet mess on delivery as well."
