"I didn't really understand the point of ordering a 12 piece and then receiving it split into different boxes of six. I was wondering why when I placed the order it was asking me how I would like one order or six then another order of six. Especially when I clicked on the 12 piece item on the menu. It made absolutely no sense! If I wanted to do that I would have clicked on 2 separate 6pc orders. Other than that weirdness everything else was fine, the wing sauce is actually very good. "This was my first experience here. The chicken was excellent. The coating was nice and crisp and the pieces were really big. Far bigger than KCF. Everything was hot and fresh.
The sauces are all homemade and you can definitely taste that. Real garlic, honey, and spices. I tried sweet and spicy, hot soy garlic, honey BBQ, and hot honey garlic. All were great, but I liked the hot soy garlic the best.

"the description of General Tso's Tofu says "crispy tofu" but it's, instead, completely watterlogged, wet, cold and raw on the inside. the breading is sooooo soggy and mushy. i just want a decent vegetarian option :[ best part was that i ordered it "extra extra hot" and it was moderately spicy. portion size is about a 6" diameter circle tupperware.
what is going on with "fried rice" these days? this is yellow rice that hasn't been "fried" at all. what happened to actually pan frying white rice?

However....There is a lot of sauce on Loaded Fries and Loaded Mac N' Cheese. I wish there were an option to have sauce on the side instead. Mac & Cheese was a little too bland. This isn’t like the hot chicken platters I've had in the past. We could barely enjoy the chicken bc of how much sauce was on it. But this is just our opinion.
