"Everything was very good. I ordered the Birria Omelette for myself and the California Omelette for my mom. First thing to talk about because we both had them was the potatoes. The had a firm outside but made the perfect pop when you took a bite, tender inside. They were also a good portion and the seasoning was just right. The Birria Omelette came with a side of spicy salsa and a small bowl of consume that I also dipped my potatoes in. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the seasoning and broth was savory. I usually like my birria savory but a little more spicy but having the spicy on the side is smart for those that love birria but can't handle the heat. My mom loved her California Omelette and will be having me heat up her leftovers later because the portions are excellent. She's also picky about her coffee and was happy with her cold Cold Brew (Iced 16oz) , they give you a lot of options for variety. My Iced Cloud Matcha (Iced 16oz) was good too."

"The Caldo de Res (Beef Stew)was hot and full of flavor. The only thing was the corn wasn't good in it but it's the end of the season on corn so it's not always great this time of year. "I am obsessed with fajitas. I have tried nearly every Mexican place in town. These are by far the best that I've had. The chicken was very succulent and flavorful. It actually had the flavor of a grill instead of tasting like it was boiled and its own juices. I like that you have a choice of Mexican rice or cilantro, rice, and a choice of three different styles of beans it came with everything you would expect, including guacamole and sour cream and shredded lettuce, which is disappearing from other places orders, generously, portioned, beautifully, packaged, and extremely flavorful. I would definitely order from here again, and I feel like I'm more likely to go eat there in person as well. I really like their appetizers and they have a great happy hour, but I haven't been there in a long time since before the shutdown anyway this was just a great reminder that while I was gone, the quality stayed.
