"The order wasn't bad, but it wasn't very good either.
115-Dumpling aux porc et crevettes avec sauce aux arachides (8 mcx)抄手 was mostly noodle, and lacked flavor.
Very generous portion of

The soup was boring, no flavour:

"Enfin un vrai poulet croustillant dont je ne me lasse pas. Boeuf à l'ail également. En plus, support qualité et petit prix, je recommande vivement "
"peanut tofu was limp and tasteless, barely edible -
peanut sauce was watery & boring - thankfully i used a promo & i was starving - i'd be pretty upset if i paid full price. fried rice was tasty but borderline watery, weird consistency.
although i ordered later in the evening, it's still no excuse. quality has declined over the years, what a shame.
it's not that complicated food to make and at this price (and underwhelming portion) , i'll learn to make it myself from now on.
crispy spinach was actually crispy - i assume that was the only item that was made to order. do better, the competition is tough out there and customers notice quality."

"Combo #4 Terrible! Second try, last time. Tried all different items from first order, Combo#5, to no avail. Everything soggy, way overcooked vegetables, watery, terrible textures, weird inedible eggrolls with bone-dry crumbly covering like cookies and all meat inside, not vegetables, Sesame Beef nondescript texture, poor quality beef, Pineapple Chicken soggy, chewy, rubbery. Very low quality, poor preparation. Only the Fried Rice, Hot +Sour Soup + Peanut Butter Dumplings were decent, average! Chef is everything or restaurant has nothing!"

"I must confess, I have developed a particular fondness for their delectable Fried Spring Rolls and the irresistibly crispy Breaded Torpedo Shrimp, especially when enjoyed together. These dishes have become my guilty pleasure, prompting me to indulge in them as frequently as possible. I'm looking for the opportunity to explore other offerings on their menu, such as the Fried Chicken Balls and the Fried Shrimp Wonton. Were they to introduce fried dumplings, I would undoubtedly be eager to sample them as well."

Got the Beef broccoli and the textures are perfect. The sauce is great too! The Pad Thai is also very good. There's an after taste of something that I can't pinpoint and makes it unique. The Wonton soup is amazing. The wrappers are beautifully done. The spring rolls too and the sauce they give with it is good on everything lol."

"I knew it was not going to be the healthiest meal; but I had a massive craving for some /General Tao Chicken with rice / Poulet Général Tao avez riz and it had been quite a while since I had a really good one. I ordered their BOGO deal which came with a side of rice; the meal was incredibly filling and super tasty, and the rice itself was also pretty good. I also added the Wonton Soup / Soupe Wonton/ to my order; which turned out to be quite good as well.
My only real gripe with Chef Tang is the pricing structure. Many restaurants seem to inflate their BOGO prices on delivery apps; which makes it feel like you are not getting an actual discount. I would never willingly pay the regular price of nearly forty four dollars for these two meals. Furthermore, charging ten dollars for a medium soup is far too expensive; it is essentially just broth with five wontons, which breaks down to two dollars a piece.
It is definitely a solid option if you suddenly get a strong craving for Chinese tak"

"The food was oustanding, especially the beef. but arrived barely lukewarm. This is not the restaurant's failing, I beleive the Doordash delivery person doesn't bother having a thermal bag because I'm not far from the restaurant.
"
"I wanted to like this restaurant because it's local and the reviews sold me but, IMO, the food wasn't great. The spring rolls were over fried (and the pork filling tasteless). Same for the peanut butter dumplings (very bland) but the peanut sauce was good. I also had the Cantonese noodles and it needed salt too. Plus the broccoli was mushy. The portion was good though and there were quite a few shrimp. I doubt I'd order from them again."

"We really enjoyed this! We ordered the platter and it was a lot! Great presentation! so much food! love everything, wish they provided shrimp paste for the eggplant tho but it was tasty nonetheless. The pork belly was crunchy, the fried fish was yummy and crispy, BBQ stick was meaty, shrimps were good and the pickled veg was just the right side to remove the umaminess if u need it. We also ordered Sisig on the side, it was decent and good too, it could use more hot Chilis. the special fried sweet chicken is ok for me. Arrived crunchy but too sweet and savoury for me. it needed some more spiciness! but then again I'm not into the sweet type especially on chicken. But overall wow, didn't expect this. it was Overall very good! Highly recommend it!"
