You don't notice it so much in dishes like the Pad Thai but DO NOT get the roti, it was literally dripping oil, to the point it was inedible. I love fresh rolls but can't get them here because they put like a giant dollop of mayonnaise in the sauce, which isn't normal for peanut sauce for fresh rolls. It's clear they think more fat/oil makes the food taste better, but they take it way too far and it drowns out the flavor of the food. After my most recent order with the roti, I will not order again from this restaurant. Portion sizes are good but will leave you feeling like you drank a half cup of oil, because you basically did."
