"Wow! This is a new late-night joint on DoorDash in the San Jose area, and I have to say I'm super impressed. Prices were really reasonable (for reference, the photos I've included are for half portions of each dish). Everything tasted very fresh, despite me ordering at the crack of dawn right before they closed.
The Vegetarian Soup tasted like a mix of all the veggies and spices they used during the day-- and I mean this in the best way possible. It's delicious in an unexplainable way.
The Veg Momo were excellent - not greasy, but they do have a bit of a kick (spicy). Nothing I found overwhelming or unpleasant, but just wanted to give a heads up.
Schezwan Fried Rice was also very good, not oily, nice spice level, lots of veggies in it.
I think what I liked best was that I felt great after eating the food; nothing felt heavy or greasy or artery-clogging-y. Oh and also they wrapped everything really well, which is always a plus.

They were plump and full of ingredients, also the perfect crunch. I would have preferred a more traditional fish sauce to dip into, but it was still yumbos. Grilled 1. The Grilled pork Spring Rolls were exquisite, my hot take is to swap the peanut dipping sauce for Nuoc Mam or fish sauce, and then add a bit of chili sauce for a light, vinegary, sweet and spicy dipping sauce. And then Wow! Brisket Pho was the comfort food I didn't know I needed! Huge portion sizes, fresh and flavorful broth, brisket, and amazing fresh add ons of basil, sprouts, jalapeños lime and more! Only suggestion is to find takeout containers that aren't plastic, as hot as that broth is, it's hard not to think about possible microplastics leeching into food.

I also got the Truffle Hamu Truffle Hamu Sando. In the picture it looked like an even amount of cucumber, but when I received mine, it was just one piece. It's okay, there was more tomato than cucumber. It's decent tastes like a ham sandwhich. It's fresh but I wouldn't pay $15 for this again.

"Usually get pho from here, but on a hot day I wanted to do something not so hot. The 68. Hủ Tiếu Xào Bơ (Beef Chow Fun) was really fresh. The vegetables were crunchy and flavorful and the beef was tender and well seasoned. The 71. Mì Xào Đồ Biển (Seafood Chow Mein) had a good mix of vegetables and seafood. All th seafood was well cooked and seasoned and the noodle were cooked perfectly.

"The food we received was great. Unfortunately one order of pho was missing. The Grilled Shrimp is really just one shrimp, which I thought might be the case based on the price.
