"WOW!!! I opened up my lox sandwich and my jaw dropped. This thing was HUGE and loaded with deliciousness! The combo of salmon, cream cheese, red onion, capers, tomato, arugula...a dream! And the sourdough bread was perfectly soft yet crunchy. Plus everything arrived warm, including my pain au chocolat! The latte was perfectly sweetened. Amaze, amaze amaze! "We order from here often, and everytime I swear it's just been getting worse. No seasoning on hash browns, they provide barely any hollandaise sauce. Bacon is rock hard, and it came mashed together in a pile in the container due to poor packaging. For 25$ a breakfast you'd think you'd not be chincy to your customers who spend good money. "

"The burrito was lovely with the pork belly. Wish size wise it was a bit bigger, and a side like some tortilla chips to be included based on the cost overall. ""Scrambled eggs" were flat, undercooked/wet and made in a dirty pan.

French toast was doughy/gummy/undercooked in the middle.

"I've had Flamez 3 times now and each time has been better than the last. First I had a chicken sandwhich and it was large, hot, crispy and flavourful. Second time ordering I got fried chicken and it also was crispy, flavourful and extremely delicious with the butter gravy and mango sauce. Tonight was my favourite meal yet with the lemon pepper grilled chicken, a biscuit and butter gravy. The chicken was juicy, hot, and absolutely incredible. The biscuit was much better than any other biscuits from fried chicken places in town. Fluffy light inside and a nice crust on the outside. I also got a mango shake this time that was SO good. These guys clearly care about quality, the food is always great and arrives hot and fresh even after the drive of a delivery trip. Keep it up guys you're killing it!"
"Very tender and juicy chicken. Fries were crispy. Apple pie hot and crisp. Liked the hot sauces and the butter sauce. Would love to see fries and coleslaw in a combo, even if it's a small uncharge for second side. $5 to add an individual coleslaw is too much. "

"The Breakdown
Presentation & Temperature (4/5): Fresh, hot, and aesthetically pleasing in its packaging.
Portion Size (4.5/5): Very generous quantity and satisfying in volume.
Flavor Profile & Accuracy (2/5): Fails to capture the authentic profile of a Teriyaki glaze; under-seasoned overall.
Service & Packaging Details (1/5): Missed foundational takeout essentials because no cutlery, chopsticks, or seasoning packets were provided.
Final Verdict
While Noodlebox succeeds on temperature, freshness, and portion size, a dish must ultimately stand on flavor and execution. Missing the mark on key regional flavor profiles and omitting standard utensils makes for a frustrating dining experience. Unless forced by convenience, this is not a dish I would intentionally seek out or reorder.
Recommendation to the Kitchen: Re-evaluate the teriyaki glaze formulation for a richer, more authentic umami profile, recalibrate the baseline seasoning, and ensure front-of-house double-checks takeout ord"

"Now THIS is the good stuff - goodand crunchy, like fried chickenshould be.Nice thick cosating too,not that soggy mess Kentcky Fried Chicken makes. Good pricefor whatyou get aswell."
"I would not say that their fried chicken meets their outstanding price and reputation. While they are perfectly crispy, their flavour doesn't leave much of an impression. That may just be fried chicken in general, though.
Their onion rings were a similar story. They aren't as crispy as you would like them to be, and they don't taste like much. I might even say the onions themselves were a bit mushy.
The best items I had were their Cajun Fries and biscuits. Maybe because I'm just a loon for potatoes and pastries, but I thought they were perfect!

"Large Burrito I always get the Large Burrito !! always consistent on quality and portions! Always tastes fresh, I always order a ground beef burrito, the seasoning for the meat isn't the best I'd ever tasted but good for the price and portion size."
"First burrito I’ve ever had and I was very disappointed. The flavourful parts were on about 1/3 of the burrito, the rest tasted like unseasoned black bean water. I ordered extra cheese and additional queso, I barely got a teaspoon of cheese. The churro was the best part, and it wasn’t all that good. Overall I did not enjoy this meal, it was a waste of money and I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again."

"The classic Hawaiian pizza was great; crispy crust and lots of flavour. Best pizza I've had so far since moving to Nanaimo. The chocolate cake was also very good; fresh with plenty of creamy chocolate frosting. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a good pizza."
"I am not a person to leave reviews but I just got a huge order of delicious Steamed Spaghetti for my kids and I hoping the single order would be enough. Well I was shocked to see how packed the bag was full of perfectly prepared garlic toast & enough for leftovers. The food was hot and tastey enough for mom but not too wild for my young kids either.
Thank you for the good quality and great value on a popular comfort meal."

"Food was delicious as usual, LOVE Flavours of India! Gobhi Garlic was tender, crispy and sweet, and the Butter Chicken is SO good! Pricing is very reasonable and they are always generous portions. As mild, or warm as you like it! My Dasher was very prompt, and polite."
"Took an hour longer initially quoted and Aloo Gobi was stone cold. Haryali Chicken Tikka tasted alright, but the amount of food dye used was crazy - you can get hariyali/green from the herbs alone, you don't need to add colouring. Amount of Steamed Rice for the price was very disappointing. Charging that amount for Raita that was essentially just buttermilk and cucumberis outrageous. Chicken Curry had zero flavour, even with medium spice. Super disappointed, would definitely not order again."

"Montana's delivers the ultimate "treat yourself" comfort food. I had the Creamy Mac 'n Cheese which is my favourite, I get extra bacon on top, which is a perfect compliment to the creamy cheese. It comes with a delightful square of cornbread on the side, bringing some balance, and it's always perfectly made. Today I got a side of Garlic Mash with gravy, which is so good I could have just eaten that and been content. Ultimately it was a big, filling meal, that hit the spot exactly as I wanted it to, and exactly as it always does."

"Even better than the last time! Very thoughtful of them to wait until I arrived to make the tea. The Tandoori Fish was so fresh. The Lamb Biryani & Goat Curry with Bone + Karahi Paneer & Butter Naan & Spinach Naan were perfect.
The Traditional Chai Tea was just like in India, personally I prefer a tiny bit sweeter but that was of course easily changed and then 10/10 tasting; it would be nice if the tea was in a better cup though because it was very spillable and hot. Probably intended to be drank in store, but a more resilient cup would be helpful in the future."
"I ordered first time form here, I was a bit nervous about the food taste as I am kind of choosy about it.But, I am really happy that I ordered from here as the taste of soya champ and Chana Bhatura is soo good I would love to thanks the chef for making such a good food, and also rest of the team who are doing their best to serve customers. hope to do dine in at the restaurant soon highly highly recommended "

Subway would absolutely be out of business if they were in direct competition with these guys.. the subs are slightly pricier however the quality of the meat and the amount of feeling that you get is well worth the money."

"Chicken is best in town!! Great staff, noteworthy biscuits, extraordinary gravy!
Keep it up team! (>'.')>"
"I was quite looking forward to trying this chicken and I'm sadly disappointed. The chicken pieces are small and not meaty at all. The six piece came with two ribs and two legs one thigh and one wing. Ribs are basically useless and have very little meat on them, so why was I given two ribs? That didn't feel like fair value. Also, I paid for a biscuit which I didn't receive. The fries look like they're probably going to be good overall I'm very disappointed though and won't be ordering from here again."

BLT & BLT the 2 for 1 BLT on a cabata bun was SOOOO DELICIOUS!
½ LB WINGS & ½ LB WINGS the 2 for 1 half pound of wings was much more than a half pound d if wings in each container! so juicy, nice crispy breaded wing. (I'm not usually a fan of the breaded wings, but these were amazing!
LARGE FRIES the fires were the worst part but only because they are just fries, I Dr believe that the oil could be changed, they seemed a bit dark for fries, but they still tasted pretty good.
I only got a side order of poutine and that was really good. a decent amount of cheese, the gravy was on the side but the cheese was still all melty and ran through all the fries. I'm seriously in love with this place after my 1st experience. I will 100% be ordering from here again. my neurodivergent children also loved the food so that's always such a plus! ...."
"The Greek salad with added Cajun chicken breast was super tasty. The poutine lacked so much cheese. It was a very disappointing amount hence my three star rating. They should not charge you extra to have a measly amount of cheese. It's such a small amount already, doubling it would do very little. "
