"The ice cream was delicious! Unfortunately they were out of both flavors we ordered and they didn't even tell us this. We discovered it after leaving with our items. My son took a bite and his was sherbet—which isn’t ice cream. An odd substitution to make but we thought ok we’ll just go back in and tell them we want to swap it. After getting inside I checked mine and it was chocolate, which I cannot eat. So I asked to swap mine for a non chocolate option like what I’d originally ordered. The girl got a bit snippy/huffy with us after that. But if they have to make substitutions they need to do better about reaching out to the customer to make them aware; if they can’t reach them then they should wait for them to come inside and inquire face to face. Barring those options, if you’re going to make a swap, make it a SIMILAR item; don’t change dairy for non-dairy or fruit for candy, etc. People have allergies, intolerances and preferences to consider. "I had the #2 Dave's #2: 2 Sliders w/ Fries and an extra side of coleslaw. Everything was good as usual. I spent a lot of extra money having this delivered, but it was worth it. However, they only provided one side sauce, and two was expected since I ordered two sliders. They didn't give me ketchup packets as requested, and only only one plasticware packet instead of the two that I requested. (I'm going to take the slaw to work tomorrow and needed the plasticware and was using the one for today's meal). "
"The chicken was great for fast food standards-- well fried (crispy but still satisfyingly light, breading well attached) with chicken great quality (tender, juicy, not processed) and incredibly well and throughly seasoned with a unique, delicious blend. The slider itself is very well designed to balance out hotter chicken, and isn't too soggy/ messy despite the large size.
The base fries were done really well-- fresh, soft but light crispy, no weird pieces, not too oily/ salty. The cheese, while evenly spreads tasted very cheap/ artifical even for nacho cheese and overpowered the fries... probably wouldn't upgrade again.
The extra pickles on the side is a great touch-- very balancing. The side sauce is also appreciated since there isn't quite enough slaw/ sauce on the slider for personal preference.
The Mac and cheese was also rather unique-- being so creamy and cheesy but also softer noodles helped create something very cohesively satisfying, if only the cheese tasting a little artificial"

"Shepherd's Pie Great portion. Balance of potatotes to meat/veggies is great. For me a tad too much cheese, so much some was even unmelted, and the meat portion, while a good amount of meat, not enough beef flavor. B rating. Biscuits & Sausage Gravy 2 small biscuits and 2 large gravys hardly any meat. Usually more bread than gravy, odd but thankful for extra gravy (where's the sausage?) B rating. As for the Full Rack BBQ RIBS Eh. Full disappointment. Granted, this isn't a BBQ place so hubby was taking a risk. Since "baby back ribs" (how could they go wrong?) they did! Don't know when they were made or how long under a headlamp but wow - Completely dry, and I'm not just talking about the lack of BBQ sauce, which was lacking, but the actual ribs were not quite biting into jerky dry, but close. There's also hardly any meat on them. Hubby is humble and gave a C- but the only semi-edible ones were the 4 in the middle. The rest we're washing off and giving to the dogs."
