The vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, and squash were tender and seasoned, not bland. There was also a perfect portion of Mexican rice cooked to perfection. I used a flour Tortillas (3) and took some of the fish, rice, and vegetables and added a few Jalapeños and made fish tacos with my left overs. This dish is large enough to share or make two meals.
