The Roasted Tomato Focaccia is amazing and fresh tasting, along with the Olive Oil Focaccia Bread with Garlic Butter Sauce. The garlic butter sauce tastes VERY good. "The buffalo chicken salad was to die for. I substituted the celery for cucumber and also added chickpeas, which came very crunchy and full of flavor. "These cannoli are really good. Personally, I'd like to see a version without the mini-chocolate chips--these are perfect and really do not require the gilding of the chocolate chips--they could only be perfectly perfect without the chips! We like the small cannoli (same wonderful flavor, crisp shell, and perfectly textured creamy, full-bodied ricotta cheese filling). But, with the smaller size: less guilt!
Seriously, these are among the very best cannoli we've ever had. They are always very fresh, the shell is always perfectly crisp, the ricotta not too sweet, nicely full -bodied. (Also, I hope purists won't be too appalled, they keep surprisingly well in their styrofoam box, in the refrigerator, for days! The shell is slightly less crisp, but the cannoli is still very good!)
