My steak with mushrooms and a potato arrived cold and basically inedible. The cut of beef is the most disgusting, veiny, low-quality piece of steak I’ve ever received from a restaurant. I’ll be uploading a photo. To make it worse, they smothered it in soggy, half-raw onions even though I specifically requested mushrooms. I understand onions are cheaper than mushrooms, but charging for mushrooms and covering the steak in wet onions instead is unacceptable.
The smoothie they advertise all over the app that I ordered was also missing. The Dasher told me nothing was packed for a drink. When I called the restaurant, the manager Walter just told me to contact the app. Emily packed the order.
The brownie bite dessert also came with a laughably tiny scoop of ice cream in what looks like a sauce cup.
This isn’t the first time items have been missing from orders here, but it will absolutely be the last time I ever order from this location again. Completely unacceptable."

"This review is long overdue. We used to order from Papa Juan’s all the time. It was our go to spot for local Mexican food. I decided to order again today because I was craving their shrimp ceviche, but sadly the experience did not live up to what it once was.
The ceviche used to be packed with shrimp and flavor. Now it feels like it is mostly cucumbers and onions, likely just to fill the container. The overall presentation of the food felt careless and bland.
On top of that, their packaging has not adapted to today’s delivery standards. There was no tamper evident seal, just a plastic bag loosely tied at the top. When ordering through a service like DoorDash, I expect the restaurant to take food safety and presentation seriously.
Papa Juan’s used to be a standout, but sadly it no longer feels worth it.

"Bowl portion was not enough of my entree or the half chow mein noodles and fried rice. The Bowl was not even filled to the top that's how small the portion was in it. Normally I can get full with the Bowl but yesterday it didn't fill me at all. The taste of my food was delicious and the freshness was great. But, unless you are inside of Panda Express I have noticed that the portion sizes are not the same at all.
The same thing with the Plate order Portion sizes. Plus they charge you extra for Shrimp items and they give you less. I never understand that concept. Now the Veggie Spring Roll they were delicious not oily or anything. Spot on."
