"Good quality food, one of my go to's when craving a burger. Bit pricey, but at least you know it's real meat. Not happy with the packaging at all. Wish they had some sort of tamper-proof seals as so many other restaurant chains do. Probably won't DoorDash from here again because of it.
Something about the bag being completely open, my burger being completely exposed not in a container just in the paper sleeve is very unappetizing to me with drivers coughing and sneezing or touching the food. Tamper evident seals should be automatic for delivery orders. Soooo many other restaurants do this, that I will order from them when craving a burger instead. Would still eat here in person as the food is great, but I've definitely ordered it for delivery more than I've eaten in person (zero times at this location).
