"Coffee is always great. The espresso tastes really good, the flavors are bold but not too sweet where some coffee shops flavorings have weak flavor but tons of sugar. And the bagel sandwich is a simple lunch meat sandwich on a bagel but it always hits the spot. I'd rather spend my money with Biggby than Starbucks! Portions are great for the price and stuff is always fresh."
"The quality is really hot or miss. Also without their deal going on $5/$7 off $25, the value is off for the inconsistency you get. I order here a lot just because Starbucks doesn't offer a bagel sandwich. And other bagel stores in my area don't have great Iced Latte options. If I had the money I would order a bagel from one place and a coffee from another. But that's a lot more expensive. so I roll the dice with whether my sandwich and drink will be perfect. Lately the everything bagels barely have a sprinkle of seasoning on them. everything bagels are supposed to be covered at least to the point where you get the flavor. I know times are tough, but this is not where to cut corners. bacon is inconsistent. sometimes perfect crispy well done, sometimes flimsy and see through barely cooked. Sometimes the bagels are great, sometimes they are almost soggy, I think from the heat from the foil. but it's better than being Cold."

"They didnt have the cake pop that I wanted but reached out to see if I wanted something else instead of refunding, which was great! The cookie didn't have the icing like I expected but still tasted really good, it was nice and soft. The funfetti cake pop was very moist without it being too sweet.
