I called to ask if they could make the Aloo Gobi extra spicy and it was perfect. "I ordered Malai Kofta but what I got is gravy with small Pakoda which is known as "Kadhi Pakoda" dish. The Paneer Tikka Masala has 7 small cubes of paneer and rest is gravy. Cilantro Garlic Naan is burnt. Plain Naan is also overcooked. Both naans are hard and chewy. Each curry was over $15 but is half the size of usual curry sizes you get at other Indian restaurants. I called the restaurant to update them that I got the wrong dish since Malai Kofta did not look like what I ordered. The employee who answered the phone immediately tells me that the photo shown on DoorDash is selected by door dash and not their dish photo so it's a door dash problem and not his problem so any complaints I have need to be made to DoorDash and there is nothibg he can do. I said I am not satisf hwith this order to which he said there is nothing he can do so call door dash. I asked him his name so I can tell door dash when I call that I spoke to this person at restaurant but he refused to give his first name. I then asked him to give the phone to business manager because I find him rude and want to complain. He refused that also saying there is no manager here. I then said there has to be someone else there other than you who can help me but he said no there is no one else and all I can do is call door dash but he will neither give his name nor the name of business manager because as an employee he has no obligation to give his first name to the the customer and there is nothing else he will do to resolve my complain. I will never order from this place again. I have never had an experience like this with any restaurants before. "

"I was looking forward to the food because of all the great reviews! I ordered delivery due to recovering from a medical procedure. I wanted to treat myself because of having gone through all that. The chicken biryani is supposed to come with a whole Cornish hen --- it literally says this on their menu. The TINY container only included a quarter of that. It was so sad-looking. I had imagined that even if they couldn't fit the whole hen, that they would maybe split it into at least two containers? I would've expected more for a menu item that cost $32. It was also supposed to include garlic raita, which was nowhere to be seen. I also got the much-raved-about Alleppey fish & prawn curry ($34), which similarly left much to be desired. The gravy here actually didn't taste that different from the biryani's korma sauce. Disappointed in what feels like lesser quality and care when it comes to folks who aren't able-bodied enough to eat at the restaurant. If you're ordering to-go/delivery, definitely DO NOT order the chicken biryani or the fish and prawn curry. You'll wish you saved the money/Doordash credits. I don't think I'd order from here again. This was a ripoff! They took pieces of some chamcham or something, dipped it in rasmalai syrup and sent it along; Butter Naan : What butter, what "freshly prepared naan"?? This was a store-bought naan, heated up and sent along....not freshly prepared, not a naan, and no butter, very tough to chew.
