The Bacon, Gouda & Egg Ciabatta was good after I added salt and pepper ( there wasn't any seasoning on it). It was good, but really small Egg and obviously just 1 bacon strip cut into 2. It was mostly bread. Even though the ciabatta bread was delicious, it's not a good value for the money, due to it's small size and small quantity of fillings. That simple choice alone goes to show the care and forethought put into the food at this food. Most places dont care enough to give that choice, its about profit... This establishment breaks from that and provides quality on both fronts. The fresh Jalapenos felt like biting into a raw Jalapeno off the vine after being chilled in ice water, absolutely fantastic on the Yard Dawg, while the pickled Jalapeno I put on the 1/2 Pound Mushroom Swiss Burger had the right amount of bite without an overwhelming flavor.
As for the Loaded Spuds, I got about 40% more than I expected from competition for that price point, which is crazy, and all with that same care for ingredients.
