"Both Big Mac's seemed lacking , underseasoned, and old. This was apparent as soon as I opened the buns and the burger patties were all cracked up, there was a tiny sprinkle of diced onions, and big chunks of the root of lettuce. The fries were warm and salted nicely as expected, and Chicken Nuggets were crispy but oddly different shades from each nugget, they missed one of my boxes, but they tried to throw 3 extra nuggets to make up for it. They also never seem to give out Big Mac sauce cups so I don't know why it's even an option in the menu. DoorDash usually makes me order from different locations (Lakewood, Puyallup, Spanaway), and this issue hasn't occurred from other Mcdonalds I've ordered from, this was by far the worse one I've ordered from."
"I purchased the Classic Cheeseburger Pack and once again the request for no cheese and just ketchup was wrong. I received cheeseburgers with everything on them even with both the receipt and the individual tag on each of the burgers themselves showing the correct way. This is a regular issue. My children can't have cheese so both burgers went to waste. The nuggets were okay, a little overcooked and the fries were as well. I order from here on a regular basis and out of the last 14 times, my order has only been correct once. This is disappointing especially with the increased cost of all the food."
