All the dishes we ordered were seasoned well and appropriately for the different types of vegetables and curries. Often, I find from other restaurants that all the dishes taste the same. At Taste of Punjab, the Palak Paneer, Dal Tadka, Bhindi Masala and Chicken Tikka Masala all had different complex flavor profiles and were devoured. Also, the Garlic Naan was fluffy and delicious. "This is a decent place for Indian take out. The portions are great. My Chicken Tikka Masala had a good portion of chicken cubes. However, I think it needs some more flavor/spices. I did choose the mild so maybe the higher spice levels will have more flavor. The Mango lassi wasn't too sweet and it was also a good size. The Garlic Naan was great, the bread was thick rather than a thin, crunchy texture.

Both of the ice creams were severely frost burned, with hard ice covering the containers. When I got the lids off, the ice cream looked old, frost burned and like it had previously melted and was refrozen. It was just all so sad in the end..."

"None of our entrees came with rice! I've never in my life ordered Shahi Paneer or Butter Chicken and not gotten at least white rice with it! the dish is like 80% sauce. We thought it was a mistake but when we called the restaurant they unapologetically informed us their $22 entrees were indeed just the container of sauce and no rice included. Delivery is already outrageously expensive, especially Indian food lately but it at least all comes with rice. this place is more expensive and you don't even get the basic grain needed to bring the meal together. We'll never order here again. You also can't ask for any alterations in spice level so if it comes in and it's too spicy you're gonna have to make some rice yourself to make it tolerable. That's what we had to do :/ Why would anyone pay to eat here when everything costs more than other places who are just as good and you actually get rice."

"I’ve tried quite a few Indian restaurants, and Curry Leaf Indian and Nepali Cuisine is the only one that keeps bringing me back. In fact, this is the second time I’ve ordered the exact same combination: chicken biryani, vegetable samosas, raita, and gulab jamun.
The chicken biryani is excellent. What makes it stand out are the cashews and golden raisins mixed throughout the rice. They add a wonderful balance of textures and flavors—crunchy, sweet, savory, and aromatic—making the dish feel more complex and satisfying than your typical biryani.
The vegetable samosas are equally impressive. The pastry is fried to perfection: golden, crisp, and wonderfully crunchy without feeling greasy. They’re the perfect starter or snack alongside the biryani.
For dessert, the gulab jamun is absolutely delicious. Soft, rich, and soaked in sweet syrup, it’s like biting into a delicate sponge filled with honeyed goodness.
Don’t skip the raita. This cool yogurt-based accompaniment is the perfect complement to the biryani. It balances the spices beautifully and ties together the crunch of the cashews and the sweetness of the raisins, creating a harmonious bite every time.
I also appreciate the value. This order easily lasts me four meals, making it an excellent deal for both quality and quantity.
Curry Leaf has become my go-to spot, and it’s one I’ll continue ordering from again and again. Highly recommended."

"Ordered a C5 Chicken Tikka Masla and Tandoori Rotti i. The chicken was delicious, but unfortunately, it was excessively oily, making the overall dish too greasy compared to other Indian restaurants. Additionally, the Tandoori Roti seemed to be made with more white flour than wheat flour, which I didn't enjoy, and it too was overly oily.
