"One of my favorite taco trucks around. This truck has hands down the best Lengua in all of Birmingham!!! Their corn tortillas are always warm, soft, and buttery, not cold, tough, and doughy. The watermelon Aqua Fresca was absolutely perfect, just fresh pressed watermelon water without any added sugar or nonsense. I could drink that everyday if I didn't think my body would side the digestive consequences. It is the perfect summer drink, and probably wouldn't be bad as a mixer for an adult beverage.
