"Falafel Bowl was just ok. The broccoli was good but that's about it since the rest is just bowl filler. The 6 falafel balls that are served on the side of the salad are tiny, very dry, and doused in salt (why??). Mixing the falafel in the bowl helped the dryness a little but wouldn't order again because every other flavor was overpowered by the saltiness The Mediterranean Fries didn't have crumbled feta on them like they were supposed to (so disappointed) and, again, so salty that I couldn't taste other flavors they said were in there like mint, basil, fennel."

"I’m so happy the kofta over rice is back! I checked the menu before and couldn’t find it so I was excited to see it available again. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the portion was generous. "Cava is one of my favorite restaurants to visit in person. The bowls are always full and you really feel like you've gotten a great value for your money. Tonight, we ordered 4 bowls and I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am in what we received. Three of the four bowls were a little over half full qnd 1 bowl was less than half full. While I understand there are specific portions of each ingredient that are added to the bowl, there is no way that five pieces of romaine lettuce constitute a portion based on my experience of what would normally be served at the restaurant in person. I'm not quite sure what I received, but it definitely was not falafel as ordered. The inside was chewy and more like a white paste. Be careful when ordering Cava for delivery as you are definitely not going to get what you would normally get by visiting the store. Just for reference, I did take 5 or 6 bites from what's shown in the picture but normally you wouldn't even notice I had eaten any."

We saw they had Fried Doug and it was fresh and thoughtfully wrapped. But there wasn't enough powdered sugar, they gave us a teeny tiny container for such a large piece of Fried Dough. That's probably my only critique. But regardless, everything was fully fresh, came on time, and I'd probably order here again. They have their own drivers, so just FYI you won't see that part of the screen update when they're on their way, but they did arrive within the estimated timeframe."

"This was the worst mansaf meal I have ever had. The rice was not the proper type for mansaf, and it wasn't fresh—it tasted like it had been cooked a whole day earlier.
