"I ordered the Double Meat Breakfast Burrito and the app only lets you select one protein, I chose bacon, so expected a double bacon burrito. I got a bacon and ham burrito, with way more ham then bacon. There was one slice of bacon, at best two in the whole burrito. The Ham Quesadilla had a ton of ham and minimal cheese that wasn't even fully melted. it's sent in a plastic box so it was a soggy mess. the Chips with Salsa was pico not salsa. fresh if that's what you're into, just not what I ordered. They have both pico and salsa listed on the menu, so one would assume they were two different things. Not the case. I'm not into the chunkiness of pico so I was disappointed. The Carne Asada Taco was big but still spendy at $5.50. Pictures of my receipt and the food for you to judge for yourself. "I love the Pho Train. Im a fan of everything at Luc Lac. I like to order it with extra tendon. However, you can't go wrong with any dishes on the menu.
Luc Lac is by far, IMHO, some of the best Pho spots in downtown Portland. If not the best in the whole Portland area.
The magic is in the broth. It’s full flavored, yet not salty and not watered down at all. They really hit the marks.
They dont short on the portions either. the Pho containers are always brimming with that divine broth and delicious meats.
Its a great little venue on the corner. You can dine in or hang outside under the covered picnic tables. The staff is always hearty and super cool.
Im currently located in the Oncology unit at OHSU. So im not able to visit in person. Which I love to do. They work great with DoorDash and the food is always just as good delivered.

"Food at this place is ridiculously amazing. My wife ordered the shrimp and steak fiesta tacos and let me tell you that she couldn't be happier with the flavor and the generous amount of meat and toppings. She really loved pairing them with their Green salsa and said it's by far the best tacos she's ever had from a Mexican Restaurant. Their spicy salsa has a great flavor too, but it really was stingy after a few seconds. I ordered the Chicken Rolls and their traditional Honey garlic wings. The rolls were crispy and came with a Side of Guac on a bed of lettuce and sour cream. I have to say that their wings were a lot more flavorful and crispy than BDubs so I highly recommend if you love wings as much as I do.
I can't forget about their Horchata, man. Trust me when I say you will regret not ordering a second one. It's just made to perfection - not over sweetened like most places I've tried before and just the right amount of Cinnamon... so good.
We will continue ordering from this place and are excited to try their BBQ Chicken Pizza next, which I will post a review about too.
