"Everything was delicious and honest. Nothing seemed overly loaded with fat. The 90) Saag Paneer and 81) Chana Masala (ND)(GF) had plenty of spinach, paneer, and chickpea respectively. The naans were good, the 2) Samosas (2 pcs.) Were full and tasty, the rice was light and there was plenty of it. Really lovely meal."
"Probably one of the best 129) Carrot/ Gajar Halwa I have had outside of India, need to mention 100) Mutton Biryani (H)(GF) was fantastic the meat was pretty juicy and fresh. Both had larger portions than expected. Definitely coming back to this place."

"The Palak Paneer was just the right amount of spice, and it was so creamy! The Naan was soft and fluffy and perfect. The portions were very good for the price. Would definitely consider ordering again next time I'm in town!"
"Probably the worst chicken Tikka masala, the gravy was spoiled and absolutely flavorless. There were hardly 5 small pieces of chicken. Any Indian restaurant would serve a better gravy than this. Avoid this place at any cost.
And giving offer on this senseless. Staff at pickup point was not friendly he might be the kitchen staff but was very upsetting . "

"I'm honestly just trying to leave a review as a reminder to myself to not order from here anymore. with the delivery fee this was $40 but the meat always has big pieces of fat and they're one of those places that serves samosas with an eggy taste and powder on the outside. if im already spending a fortune might as well go to an actual fancy indian place. but it's some people's thing "
"Delicious. The flavors are incredible. Fresh, well made. The mango lassi is perfectly tart and sweet and tastes very good. My only complaint is we should have ordered another one. The rice is perfect and the paneer masala comes with an enough to have leftovers. We regularly order this weekly. It's so good."

"Incredible biryani, solid value / generous portions. Very pleased with this new addition to the neighborhood, definitely a weekly order for me now "
"Rich, robust, complex - just what you want from Indian cuisine. Surprising lack of vegetables for both curry and biryani and the Hyderabad Curry, though delicious, was a very small portion for the cost. Also surprised that the accompanying rice for the curry was plain, no saffron or other spices. The Paneer Biryani, though lacking veggies, did have large, yummy cubes of paneer and warmly flavorful rice. Overall great quality and flavor pay-off, just a bit pricey."

"Biryani and fish pakora had good flavor. Fish was tender and succulent. Not at all dry on the inside.

"Bollywood Dhaba's lamb vindaloo is a must-try for anyone who loves bold, spicy Indian food. The lamb was tender and slow-cooked, and the sauce had real depth—fiery heat balanced with tangy vinegar, warm spices, and a subtle sweetness. It’s not just hot; it’s flavorful and satisfying. Paired with fluffy basmati rice and naan, it was a fantastic meal. Bollywood Dhaba has earned a repeat visit."

"Finally found a favorite Indian restaurant!
I’m really glad I decided to try this place. Everything I ordered was delicious, especially the Lasuni Dal Tadka. I’ve tried quite a few dal tadkas elsewhere, and this is by far the best I’ve had. A lot of the ones I’ve tried at other restaurants have been very thin and watery, but this one had so much more flavor and a nice, hearty texture with the lentils still having some texture. It was also spicy in exactly the way I like it. I would definitely order it again. The only thing I felt was that $17 was a little pricey for the portion size, but it was so delicious that I would still happily order it again.
The spicy naan with green chilies was also really good. It was soft, flavorful, and this was my first time trying spicy naan. I really enjoyed it and would definitely order it again.
I also tried the Masala Chai. It was good, but it had a little too much milk for my taste, and I would have preferred a stronger chai flavor.
Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely recommend this restaurant. The food was flavorful, the spice level was perfect for me, and I’m happy to have finally found a place I’ll be coming back to try more dishes."
"Everything was very flavorful and well packaged. The Vindaloo was really nice with just a bit of heat (I ordered mild). Next time I might get more adventurous and get it spicier. Their Mango Chutney was awesome and a great accompaniment to the spicy flavors. Even the rice was fresh, well cooked and perfect. Overall it was a great meal."

"My family has been getting India over for two decades now and it’s our absolute favorite. It’s family owned and the matriarch of the family is the cook, and she grinds spices fresh on the spot for each dish!"
"I love this spot but the Lamb Vindaloo Curry was disappointing this time - five or so massive chunks of potato and only two fairly small cubes of lamb. If that's the distribution, I wouldn't recommend spending this much on a dish that's primarily potatoes.

Aloo Tikki Chaat, Paneer Pakora, vegetable biryani and tofu butter masala..... all of it was delicious. I think they boil the tofu and it's different, and now my favorite. And, I have leftovers this week."
"They are so delicious! Great service! Fulfilling portions! Fresh out of the oven! We are repeat customers (bare minimum once a week!)
Highly suggest:
-Chicken Tikka Masala (flavorful no matter the spice level!)
-Butter Chicken (delicious with tender chicken)
-Love ALL Naans! (Cheesy Garlic = long cheese pulls & Chili Cheese = perfect spice)
-Mango Lassi (BEST WE'VE HAD! They use C 4 simple ingredients so the flavor is consistent & drink is well balanced!)
-Vegetable Somas (always perfectly crispy & not overcooked)
-Gulab Jamun (Again they balance their sweets so proportionately!)
-Chai (so aromatic)
My partner & I agree you can never go wrong eating here!
10/10 ALWAYS RECOMMEND!

"This was my first time trying Sangam - it will NOT be my last to be sure. I ordered the Coconut Masala with goat along with Vegetable Samosa Pappadums Plain Naan and some added Mango Chutney.
The curry was fantastic - I am a spice wuss so I ordered it mild. The flavors were outstanding and the goat was awesome as well. Just note the goat IS on the bone, the picture in DD kind of makes it look like it's not. Still Highly reccomend.
The Samosas - boy howdy! They were good but very spicy for me. The outsides were not that crisp but it could be from the travel. Would I get these again..maybe..I'd just need lots of milk to help with the spice.
Pappadums were outstanding as well - nice and crisp - love the flavor!
Naan - OMG - that is some of the best Naan I've had so dan good and the chutney was also very very good.
Overall - 9.5/10 "

"This Non-Veg Biryani (Lamb, Goat, Chicken, Shrimp) is quite simply the richest, most authentic oniony and well spiced biryani in Portland and that includes the fancy spots. I've been to them all. Moreover, cooked by Indian immigrants and the store owner has been a fixture of the community for about a decade before the door opened here. "I've ordered a handful of times, tried a few different dishes and have not been disappointed. all the flavors are there, the portions are generous and everything looks and smells amazing! this fish dish was so yummy, but if you struggle with spicy food then I would suggest the other fish they have on their menu. this Apollo Fish is something I've been wanting to try. it's not crispy because it's tossed in a delicious spicy sauce after it's fried. as for the soda, the one in my photo is not the one I ordered (I don't think) but I assume they are out of the Indian Soda - Jaljeera Maslala and replaced it with Limca. I don't mind, it's still yummy. I would (and plan to) order from here again and tho I would order the Apollo Fish again, but not before I get to try all the other exciting dishes!"

"Normally im very picky when it comes to indian food, but this is the best butter chicken masala i've had so far. Soooo yummy with the garlic naan. "
"The aloo Tikki chaat was fantastic and generous, delicious sauces, tons of chickpeas, served warm, would get this again. The Mix Tandoori Chicken 3 In 1 was not quite as expected, there were fries included? And the Garlic & Cheese Naan was just so-so."

"Hariyali Chicken Tikka was soooo delicious! Flavorful and tender, will absolutely get it again. The Butter Naan was fluffy and fresh. Always hits the spot"
"Consistently the best Indian and Indo-Chinese food in the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR region. We are very lucky to have this gem so close to where we live. The Masala Dosa is so delicious, authentic and hard to find anywhere else in the area. The Veg Manchurian, Chilli Paneer and Chicken Tikka are some of our favorites, but we would try everything on the menu. All of the ingredients are super fresh from their supermarket. Also the staff is so kind, friendly and great hosts!"

"Maruti Indian restaurant is one of my new favorite flavorful spots !!So many vegan options. This food feels like it has healing magic in it ! The potato and cauliflower dish(Aloo Gobi) is so delicious. 😋 And the six pack of samosas lasted me through out a couple of work days as a delectable treat.Reminding me that superior Indian food exists ! I highly recommend this excellent spot !"
"The portions were smaller than expected, including less than a cup of rice. The Samosa's were also smaller than I'm used to. There was no spice in the Paneer Tikka Masala, it mostly just tasted like tomato sauce. It's a decent meal, but not a great value "
