The fish sauce perfectly ties it all together. Maybe it's just timing, maybe New Leaf Pho is the best; all I know is this meal hit so good for me. I feel full but also refreshed. Give it a try! I also got the Vegetarian New Leaf House Special which was awesome as well. The coconut curry sauce is deliciously sweet and sticky! I was only able to eat a couple bites though after the salad.
