The gyoza was also chewy. Tast was there and the inside was good (as always) but the skin was dry and chewy. Nicely browned but really chewy more like overdone air fried.
So, with tip and delivery, $43 for a bowl of ramen and 6 gyoza, leaves me feeling There's better options elsewhere next time."

"Every single drink, hot or cold, that I've ever had from this place has been excellent. The hot matcha lattes are always on point during the cold season, while all the other cold deinks, from the Thai tea, POG tea, to their boba and jellies, have always been excellent. Very clean and excellent in person service too. Definitely the best boba/tea spot ive tried so far in the AV. "
"We tried this new boba place. The boba in each of the drinks is overcooked on the outside and slightly hard gelatin in the center, so the inside isn't fully cooked. The flavors themselves aren't pleasant. The Vietnamese Coffee is very bitter with a burnt undertone. The Okinawa Roasted Brown Milk Tea has little flavor aside from a bitter aftertaste, but quite bland. The Mango Passion Fruit Green Tea is mild but not appealing on the palate. My kids refuse to drink these as keep saying they taste gross. The drinks are in tall and slender sturdy plastic containers. They same bundled together in a thick plastic bag with a handle, stapled at the top to prevent spilling. The boba straw is thicker plastic than any other place we've gotten boba from in the past. So package quality is great. We won't be ordering here again tho due to the boba consistency and flavor being unpleasant."

"I got the chicken and beef teriyaki bowl, extra sauces, egg rolls, and gyoza. the bowl was delicious. perfect amount of meat (not s much it feels like a steal but not so little that I felt cheated for the price). The meat tasted like it was on a BBQ or open fire grill. It had a small amount of char and was not dry. The sauce was good. I recommend buying 1 extra if you like things moly coated and 2 extra if you like things extra saucy. The sides were good but I could probably find them in the freezer section of a medium to high end grocery store somewhere. over all, I will be back. No complaints."

"Chicken katsu meal was delicious, tender and crunchy where it's supposed to be. Portion is generous and I always have some leftover for later. Two kinds of sauce for accompaniment are great, sweet and savory. Broccoli, carrots and cabbage are fresh and healthy. Rice is perfect and mac salad is really good. My cats can smell it coming in the door and they line up in front of me on the bed and meow and tap their paws on my arm, asking for bites of chicken before I even get the container open.
