"Normally I love the food here which us why I still gave a 5-star. Today could have been an off day. I tend to order the same things but today I decided to try new items. I ordered the honey Garlic Wings and Coconut Curry & Rice. The flavor on the wings was fine. What wasn't good was the size. The wings were super small and only 6 came with the order. Through DD the price is $14 for the appetizer. That's $2.33 per wing. Considering the size and number of wings in the order I would not order again. The Coconut Curry & Rice was bland. Shocking considering DD had it highly rated. My fav dishes at the restaurant are the Ginger Chicken Pho and the Chicken Noodle Bowl. Both of those are amazing!"

"I left this place alone for a year to see if anything would improve, and it has actually gotten worse in quality than before. It's too bad because I used to swear by this place as one of the better options compared to other local Pho shops, especially in terms of quantity per dollar. Now, it's just a lot of low quality product for a lot of money. I ended up tossing a good portion of what I got because it was that bad. Tendons were undercooked, broth was bland and tepid (like way colder than it would've been in the past, but I reheat it anyway), and the noodles have always been kind of poor, but this time was just sad. There was also a funny taste that I can't quite describe, but it made the experience so bad I was willing to cut my losses and just toss out the rest of the food. Back to Pho Kim I go..."

This place was disappointing...the tamarind rolls were dry, seems like it has been left to refrigerate, so the ingredients were starting to harden up. The dipping sauce was not tangy or sweet either. I ordered a Viet Ice Coffee as well and it's not strong enough. It tasted very watery and a bit too sweet. It only took the dasher 10 mins to delivered the items to me but all the ice seems to have melted. I have tried other viet places in Seattle and I wouldn't recommend this place. I paid $32 for this snack and coffee including a $5 tip for the dasher and I felt like I wasted my money :("
