"I love CAVA and I am always happy with the food and the quality. The only thing I am not to happy with is the packaging. The two bowls I ordered for myself and my daughter for delivery were lopsided and the container on top was open. The bag wasn't taped shut either. I'd prefer the containers and bags to be taped to prevent anyone from tampering with the food. Just for my own peace of mind."

"I was disappointed with this platter. What I received was roughly ⅔ cup of lettuce, white onion, and tomato, a couple spoonfuls of tzatziki, two strips of ground beef kebab, and some rice. The menu description also listed cucumber and hummus, but neither was included. It did not come with pita bread, and pita was not available on the menu to add separately.
The meal looked significantly different from the menu photo, the kebab was heavily charred, and the portion and presentation were underwhelming. The platter felt incomplete and did not match the listed ingredients. I would not order it again. Maybe worth 12 bucks but not 19 on DD plus tip.

"First time ordering, my expectations were based off the display pictures. Basmati rice was only yellow of saffron - no white rice whatsoever. The grilled Beef Skewer was a koobideh kabob. I was expecting grilled steak as reflected on the pictures, otherwise I would have ordered koobideh . The Chicken Kebab were the size of a quarter. Normally food we order can feed our family of 5 (parents and 2/4/8yr olds) the portion of the meat was not even enough for 2 people. I ordered 3 meals expecting way more than enough. The Pita was $2 for 4 tiny squares. The cucumber salad, was plain cucumber & Roma tomatoes. This should be Persian cucumber with lemon & dill. Nothing was of what was shown on pictures. Food was mediocre and cold. This was a waste of money and will never order again. "
