That said as a Butcher the patties have shrunk just under 100g i'd guess. Its noticable as when KFC switched from 9 to 12 cut chicken leading to the end of their monopoly in Canada on chicken resturants.

For the apps we went with Petits pains frais (2 morceaux) / Fresh Rolls (2 Pieces) & Rouleaux de printemps (2 morceaux) / Spring Rolls (2 Pieces) and they were fine, although 1 of the spring rolls was very doughy. We didn't enjoy their dipping sauces therefore we used the Costco sauce for these as well.
Over it was disappointing, and I was sooo looking forward to a new Vietnamese restaurant. "
