"Every time....and I mean EVERY TIME....I have ordered from this place, it has been absolutely delicious every time I order it. The first time I visited Mati was with my mother a couple of months ago and the food inside was immaculate. But even when I order through DoorDash, they never seem to miss on the flavor and the taste. They're extremely consistent with the things that I order (and I get the same thing literally every time which says a lot) and I really look forward to feeling good after my meal. I've order through DoorDash about 4-5 times now, and truly, they serve out great food every time. I order the Lavraki with roasted potatoes, an occasional Baklava, and just now added tzatziki as of my last order and it's a meal that I always come back to. This dish had a good balance of gyro meat, roasted vegetables, rice, and fire feta sauce. I deducted one star due to the rice being slightly overcooked and crispy, with a hint of burnt flavor. Despite that, I would order it again.
• Lemon Soup – 0/5
I was charged nearly $9 for what appeared to be a cup, not a bowl, but a cup of soup. It may have been a portioning mistake, but the quality was the bigger issue. Instead of the usual bright, lemony broth, the soup was brown, oily, and had an unpleasant, overcooked chicken flavor. There was no noticeable lemon taste. Very disappointing.

While reasonably priced at around $3, the baklava was extremely underwhelming. It lacked the signature honey flavor and sticky texture, and instead tasted dry and stale, almost as if it had been sitting out for an extended period. Another letdown."
