"They gave us grilled pork instead of grilled chicken. There wasn't much lemongrass flavoring and it was dry, salty, and fatty. The triple vermicelli V6 was similarly salty and fatty. The grilled beef in grape leaves was also dry and salty. The grape leaves are what usually makes the beef so juicy, so it was super disappointing. Overall, our whole order was big letdown. Pretty expensive considering the poor quality. It's too bad, because they had a better selection of items than than the other available Vietnamese restaurants in the area."

"All of the dishes were tasty and the vegetables nor the herbs were overcooked. The Gỏi Cuốn - Fresh Spring Rolls tasted fresh and flavorful even without the dipping nuoc Cham sauce. The vegan pho was also tasty. The tofu in tomato sauce wasn't my favorite flavor but it was still made well although some of the greens were showing signs (spots and yellowing) of going bad and should have been removed before cooking them. Since im addicted to spicy food i tend to order extra jalapeños and such and they never fail to deliver. "I’ve been a loyal customer of DABOBA since its soft opening, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a KitKat Brown Sugar Milk Tea (0% sugar, no ice, no cream) around 9 PM, and not only did it take a long time despite no other orders, but the drink was missing around 10% of its volume when served.
When I questioned this, the manager claimed that due to my customization, this was unavoidable and refused to fill the drink to the top—even with water. His justification that making more tea would take two hours left me baffled. Customers should not have to compromise on the quality or quantity of what they pay for.
It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and professionalism. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, but until improvements are made, I won’t be returning."
