The barbacoa was extra greasy. I know barbacoa is a greasy/fatty meat as it is, but my taco was sitting in a pool of grease, and my tortilla was start tobecom mushy and fall apart. Also, the salsa tasted good, but for some reason they were very runny/watery....but that's more of a preference kind of of thing.
The portion for an almost $6 taco was quite small. I asked for the extra portion, and it was basically a regular sized taco, leaning a bit on the smaller side.
The flan would have been good, but I didnt expect it to be flan on top of a chocolate pastry the likes of a muffin. It was moist, the texture was there, and the flan on top was nice and eggy---not too sweet (which I liked)--but if I am being honest it tasted like whatever else was in the fridge/cooler with it, more than any.
The horchata was decent; no complaints.
Like I said originally, the food tasted good, but there were things holding it back from truly shining, and things that could really turn first-time customers off. I mean this with all all the love and respect in the world, and I hope this helps."

"I'm a regular at ordering the usual #4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu) and never disappointed as this order was no different ; however, ordering a kids bowl may have been the wrong choice for to-go. I want to say that when ordered in-person...it's a bigger portion with no additions but noodles/broth (full bowl) yet what we received via delivery ($9.95 for two spoonfuls of noodles and half a cup of broth) was sad. You're either getting your $ worth for the kiddo (varied ages let's say yours is 12 or younger) or forced to order a regular Old School Tonkotsu bowl for your kiddo or body conscious person. "First time trying from this place- i love open style bao's and was so happy this place was close enough to deliver. All our food came very well packed/sealed as well! Good portions- not too large but not to small either, just right for us!
Pictured above is just the Gua Bao Pork (2), but i also got the Gua Bao Tofu(2). Both were tasty, tho I actually thought the tofu had a bit more punch of flavor! It was really good dipped in the hoisin sauce (i think that's what it was at least lol). Sauce had a bit of a heat, but man it really was SOOOO good with the bao. Milk tea was also flavorful but not too sweet either- was thicker than I expected but it was a welcome texture imo. Helped cool off my tastebuds from the hoisin sauce.
The Tempura Cheese Cake was also a nice little dessert- tasted a lot like funnelcake! Good to eat/share with a friend or partner.
