Some places give you mostly rice . Even the tortilla seems homemade. Not that mass produced flour tortilla that make your burrito fall apart. They have the best tacos around as well. It's the only place to find authentic cuts of meat like Cabeza and Lengua that are so well cooked. I lived most my life in Southern California and it's been a dissapointing journey adjusting to the Mexican food in Minneapolis but La Vaquita has that home-cooked by abuelita sabor I've been missing.
