To get even a normal amount of cheese you're going to have pay extra for extra side servings of nacho sauce. They put about 2 teaspoons on my plate, which I promptly ate with 4 small chips, then tuned the rest of the mess over and saw there wasn't any nacho cheese anywhere else.
