"Unfortunately, barely recognizable as a croissant. The Plain Croissant, as well as the Chocolate Croissant both tasted like a bland bread rolled up to look like a Croissant. The chocolate Chocolate Croissant had hard chunks of chocolate inside, not very appetizing. All of the donuts were just ok... the only thing I really liked was the Filled Donut Hole... but it was $1.99 for the size of 2 small donut holes."

"Pretty sure they use AI images for their menu photos because the food looks nothing like this, not even the same ingredients. I got the Rockfish Burrito and it was huge (yay!) but it was almost entirely beans and rice. The fish was barely noticable, not big chunks like the photo but small flakey pieces and it was very dry and chewy. I ate about 1/4 of the burrito thinking they had sent me just a bean and cheese because I didn't taste any fish or pineapple. There was almost no flavor to the burrito at all and the tortilla fell apart. The Onion Rings were also huge in potion but it was all one giant greasy onion blob. Not really rings at all and a little burnt. Again, nothing like the photo, not even the same kind of batter. Really disappointing and expensive for the low quality food I received."
"This was my first time trying this place and was fairly excited and hopeful to find a good spot. However It was underwhelming. I wish they would have clarified it had black beans, I'm not the biggest fan but that wasn't a big deal. The main issue was the flavor was non existent, it was mostly eggs, and very little chorizo. The burrito is big though. I also don't know why they have you decide what kind of salsa you want if they don't include any."

"WOW!!! That was the best, THE BEST, Shrimp and Crab Louie EVER! Everything was fresh and there was an abundance of shrimp and crab, not just a few of them sprinkled on top. The bread rolls were heated and even the butter was placed in a separate container so they didn't melt or get smashed.

I ordered my filet mignon med rare; it was well done. The coleslaw was hot. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted like Sysco quality; no way was it homemade. Although they didn't clam it to be homemade, it was pricy for "freezer food."
Crab cakes were sub par at best.
The vegetables were good and cooked perfectly. The fruit bowl was hot...probably similar to the hot Cole slaw being bagged with hot food.
Cold vs. hot should be bagged accordingly. We also only received one set of utensils for $140 worth of food, including two entry's. Seems common sense to pack fo at least two people eating.

"I ordered a full sized salad and it came in a biodegradable container which is fine even through the dressings were not in the same. My concern is the portion. This appeared to be a half salad. I went in and confirmed with the two employees working that this was indeed a full size salad. Being upset by the obvious price gouging I went home and separated said salad and found the following in my Full Sized Asian Chicken Salad

.57 oz of wontons or 1/3 cup which proportionately seems adequate
5.85 oz iceberg lettuce with cabbage and carrots measured loosely is 3.5 cups

That's a total of 9.84 oz of salad for $14.10 or $1.43 an ounce.
I realize that with the increase of labor costs that they need to make a profit and the easiest way to do this is to increase prices or decrease portion sizes or in some cases both. Chipotle seems to have tried this recently and so far is not going well for them.
