" I got the 도가니탕 Ox Knee Bone Soup (Doganee-tang) first off, the packaging is terrible. Very difficult to open since it's all wrapped in plastic. Second, the ox knee bone soup barely had any cartiliage. It was mostly chunks of meat instead of tendon. Not what I was expecting for a ox knee soup.
Also, the kimchi looks very old. Super black and spotty pieces of cabbage.

"Everything was fine. I've tasted better from other Korean restaurants. I ordered the sullung tang and the galbi tang. Both broths were subpar (can really smell the meat, hard to explain, usually good korean beef broths have a clean taste) and the portions were smaller than were used to from Korean restaurants. Usually two people can easily eat from one order, but this could barely fill up one. Large kimchi and kkakdugi portions given. The rice noodles and sweet potato noodles were given in a condiment container, maybe 4 oz, other places give in ~1/3-1/2 cup container. Each soup comes with 1 cup of rice. Very disappointed with this order. Was expecting more. "

"this place is our favorite korean restaurant- not the new type fusion korean food- its like the kind your mom or grandma makes at home- we got the nengmyun combo- bibimnengmyun is basically a sweet vinegary red medium spicy sauce to mix with your noodles and garnishes. comes with nengmyun cold broth- ours was delivered slushy- it was so perfect. comes with all the banchan side dishes that we love (and we go to the restaurant to buy the banchans regularly as well) and the LA galbi or the marinated short ribs are pretty standard galbi marinade- tiny bit on the sweetside for my taste but galbi is sweet anyways. portion sizes are pretty good for the price. weve doordashed other restaurants and some give literally half to a 1/3 less with so so banchans.
