"This was my first time ordering from Urban Plates and I really enjoyed it! I was in the mood for a salad and was delighted to see they have a beet salad (I love beets!). I thought the portion was great. It came with bread and I also ordered a tomato soup on the side for $3. I also ordered two sides, the brussel sprouts and potatoes, which were tasty, but I felt were a little pricey for their portion. I counted 10 potatoes in my container (which was the same size as the soup container), so I didn't feel that or the brussel sprouts were entirely worth the price. I also got a (New) Cantaloupe Pineapple Mango Replenisher which mostly tasted like pineapple, but it was good. Overall, a great place and I'm excited to try some of their other dishes!"
"Last time I complained about the price of the sides, but I hadn't realized that they sell sets of the sides separately for a lower overall price. So, this time, I got the Three Up which consisted of three sides. They're the same amount/size as if you were buying them on their own, so I'd say it's worth it to buy it like this. Otherwise, my beet salad was still amazing. I got the seafood soup with it this time which was quite good. I'm also slightly obsessed with the black cherry tarragon soda they have. Some might think the wings are small, but that's cuz there is no breading on them and they are from normal sized chickens lol - not some pumped up jack-chicken.
