"It was good, not great. The Charred Teriyaki Salmon Plate had plenty of food for the price. For some reason I expected the mac to be warm, but it was a cold pasta salad. Plenty of a light vinegarette type dressing on the salad. Wish there had been an option to request more Teriyaki because I like a lot of sauce, but the Salmon and rice were good as is. Not old or dried out like some other people experienced. Opposite of the mac, I thought the Garlic Spam Musubi would be cold but it was warm and tasted fishier than I expected. I wish the spam had been crispier. Probably wouldn't get it again, but I think that's more a matter of taste than quality."

"I have tried açaí bowls from Knoxville to Sevierville to Memphis and Blossom Bowls is my favorite! I usually build my own bowl or order the chocolate monkey (sometimes adding protein to the base). What do I like about it? #1 is that they use a loose granola instead of the clumpy honey-based kind. Makes it much lighter and doesn't have the overwhelming honey taste (or extra sugar). There isn't a bunch of added sugar to the base. The Nutella thankfully isn't drizzled on top - it's in the the middle which slightly hardens its consistency which is amazing! Fruit is always fresh and they don't skimp. You get a lot for your money! My favorite!"

Cajun kabob - dry meat without a hint of Cajun seasoning, just charred. The cream sauce has the texture of melted cheese that has cooled and congealed into a mass... but it was still hot.I was able to lift it out of the plate and dangle the chunk of sauce without it falling apart. My wife got BBQ chicken. No fries and no cole slaw which was listed on the menu. There was barely any chicken and of course that was overcooked too. I guess I am cooking tonight after all. "
