"These guys are normally on point all the time but I don't know; today everything tasted a bit off. Nothing was hot for starters which was slightly frustrating. Chips were nice and well salted but only the top ones. Bottom ones were bland and tasted like they were in old oil.
Kebab was bland too. Meat tasted old and re-heated and I didn't order double meat so I was surprised by how much was in there. If it had been hot and fresh that would be a positive but it also meant I couldn't taste much of the other toppings. Could also barely taste the garlic sauce.
Hoping this was just a one off and a me thing.

While DD menu didn't allow for GF option check box nor comment to request (their own website menu did), a quick call to the restaurant and staff happily noted the allergen change and advised they would inform management so that it can be updated on DD for next time. Any celiacs can also check reviews on Find Me Gluten Free app. Non allergy family didn't notice any difference. The Pad See Ew and Special Fried Rice were great, containers were choc full. One of the rare Thai places to offer Mango Sticjy Rice take away. Coconut cream is put in a sauce container so things don't go soggy en route. I ordered an extra just in case there wasn't enough because I like it all over and wasn't disappointed. Everything was fresh and good sized portions. Every second piece of sweet and sour pork was spat out because it was pure fat/gristle and had a really thick batter. Took off all the batter to find a 1cmx1.5cm piece of pork. The sauce tasted bland and from a jar.
Fried rice tasted okay at first but became gross after a few mouthfuls. Tasted mainly like oil and the flame so it became too much.
Spring rolls were mushy inside and had a weird flavour I can't pinpoint. Doesn't taste like spring rolls I've had from any other Chinese take away. Dim Sims were soft rather than crunchy, and were cold in the middle.
Portions were good for the price but the taste and texture was awful apart from the satay. We couldn't have more than a few bites so everything but the satay went into the bin.
Wouldn't buy again."

The Dynamic Beef Cheeseburger (2170 kJ) were both reasonably warm enough to consider safe to eat. I don't know whether the Dasher hasn't kept food insulated during deliveries, or Grill'd has poor timed food prep with the 20 minute double dash timer delay. If the timer is communicated to Grill'd then order freshness definitely didn't meet expectations. Thankfully the GF burger was made as requested and packaged separately to avoid cross contamination."
