"I used to really enjoy Firehouse Subs. Their sandwiches were always large, filling, and worth the price, but over the past year or two, the quality has noticeably gone downhill. The subs have gotten significantly smaller, with barely any meat or toppings, yet the prices continue to rise. It’s disappointing because this used to be a reputable sandwich shop that took pride in serving a hearty meal.
Now it feels no different than any other corporate chain trying to cut costs while charging more. The value and quality just aren’t there anymore. I won’t be ordering again unless something changes and Firehouse returns to the standards that originally set it apart.

"Someone over there REALLY likes pepper! I got the Breakfast Plate. The portions were disappointing. There were about 10 tiny chunks of potatoes that were saturated in pepper. The scrambled eggs were dry and also had way to much pepper. The bread was soggy and a very small slice, about the size of a playing card. I liked the strawberry compote, which was flavorful and not too sweet. I also got The Edwin with an extra shot, which was delicious but not hot when it arrived and I live 5 minutes from the place."
"Ugh. SO good!! The Sandwich was so simple but amazing. The ingredients tasted fresh and compliment each other well for a balanced breakfast entrèe item. Savory with a touch of citrus. Not greasy at all. And the Drip. LEMME tell you. There's just something about their coffee that's magical. I'm a barista myself and I just adore their coffee. There is a delicate touch of floral, nutty, and citrus accents in their house blend that makes an incredibly satisfying cup of coffee without any bitterness. Good enough to drink black; even if you're not a black coffee drinker. It's that good! Not to mention that everything still stayed warm despite my dasher double dashing my order and having issues finding my place. Just hands down the best coffee place in town!!
