I skipped over the beef as it looked a bit suspicious but the vegetables and with Fried Rice were decent: Typically, their Beef asparagus had long strips of beef similar to their teriyaki and was cooked in a darker sauce vs the light sauce in today's meal. It wasn't teeerrible but certainly not something I'd order again or a restaurant I'd order from regularly anymore due to lack of consistency. I've ordered this dish 12-15 times over the years and am so bummed about the inconsistency."

"The katsu on first glance appeared to be overcooked.....BUT it wasn't. The chicken teriyaki was great too......it was chicken teriyaki with a spicy Korean twist to it. I was a bit concerned when I saw the red chili speck but it was just right. Some of the other places tend to go a little heavy on the hot but this was just right. Nothing in the order was presauced which made it at least initially not as appealing at first glance but now that I think about it I think this is a much better way to do teriyaki....so that you can add the sauces as it suits you. If you are a katsu afficianoda the tonkatsu sauce was just right....Definitely will reorder/revisit.

It balances more on the sweet than fermented side, but generous addition of the Real Wasabi got it to the right place for me. What a treat to have real Real Wasabi instead of the usual powder-based paste! Worth the add-on charge for a true wasabi lover. Initially thought the portion of Dubu looked too small because it's only four pieces, but you can see there's a bunch of components hanging off of each end. For a more hearty appetite I would add edamame or maybe order a second roll."
