"I ordered a pizza and was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, it arrived badly burnt. The crust was almost black and tasted bitter, making it hard and unpleasant to chew. The cheese was overcooked to the point where it lost its texture, and the toppings were dried out and lacking flavor.
It honestly felt like the pizza had been left in the oven far too long, and it really took away from what should have been an enjoyable meal. I ended up not finishing it, which was disappointing considering the cost.
I hope more attention can be paid to quality control in the future, because this experience definitely didn’t meet expectations."

"I somehow ordered Gino's for the first time in a while, and I was left kinda disappointed. it still has its fundamental flaw where it's just not cooked enough. I usually find it's so much better if they give it a few more minutes. Crust is always juuuuust almost there. But if you ask for it to be cooked a bit more, it's overdone. Gino's seems to have it almost right, it's just that they rush out pies. It tastes good, just the crust is where it fails.

"The Matcha Latte was really nice, not bitter, not too sweet, creamy and nutty and what you expect from a matcha latte.
I also got an Egg & Cheese Sandwich on an everything bagel. The bagel is really good and chewy, like bagels are supposed to be. The cheese was real cheddar and the egg was well cooked. I'd recommend putting mayo or some type of condiment on it because it was a bit bland - but it's exactly as described in the menu so I can't really complain. I really appreciate the foil wrapping the sandwich came in because it kept the sandwich nice and hot.

The Big Kids' Bugs N' Cheese was a big serving and the pasta shapes were adorable.It lacked flavor though and could have used more cheese and sauce...perhaps a bit of parmesan crusted on top. The pasta was also a touch overcooked....likely from being covered while hot and continuing to cook. This dish also came with fries, a juice box, and a dessert. (There was a choice of sides for both kids meals and each was under $13.)
The Chocolate Explosion was unfortunately very small for the cost,...unfortunate because it is absolutely delicious. One bite and I am hooked!
