The NY strip steak and shrimp hibachi meal had 2 shrimp and very overcooked flavorless steak. I couldn't even chew it as it was so tough and what I did get down hurt my stomach. The Philadelphia Roll was slightly disappointing; while the salmon and cream cheese were fresh, the salmon in this particular roll came with a lot of tough/inedible skin that really interrupted the experience I was enjoying (most noticeable in the top right roll in the provided photo).
Overall
Ingredients, portions, and aesthetic were out of this world (barring some of the salmon), the service was reasonably speedy and the outcome was (for the most part) really favorable with remarkable quality assurance to the final product. My only criticism would be to pay extra attention to protein preparation (i.e. cutting/filleting fish) so as to not include undesirable portions in the final product."
