The fish doesn’t taste as fresh as it used to and the fish-to-rice ratio is really off. There’s so much rice and very little fish, especially compared to what I remember getting in the past. It’s disappointing because I genuinely thought Bondi had some of the best sushi in the area. It’s also not a cheap option, so I expect the quality and portions to reflect the price.
