"I ordered a regular steak pho with extra steak and I got one tiny piece of meat on the side from an already small amount of meat for the pho. The broth tasted different and not as good as it was before and they gave me two ends of a jalapeño. You can't charge extra or even that much for the water with cilantro I got."

Our shrimp had a HORRIBLE MOLD taste to it, we ordered 4 of them and EVERY one of them tasted like mold, pulled out shrimp and tasted it apart from the other ingredients and sure enough it was the shrimp. Overall, the container (which is mid-sized to begin with) has been shortchanged. Look at all of the extra room in the container! The food is just shy of being mid. Panda Express is the better value and has better flavor. Lastly, if they still had stars to lose they would have done so for not including utensils. Unfortunately, the portions are quite small and the prices are on the higher side. We would normally order at least four dishes to share, but because of the prices, we decided to stick with just two this time. Even with only two dishes, the bill added up quickly.
