"Our first time trying this restaurant and we were not impressed. It took over an hour for the Dasher to be handed our food when we were quoted a 30 minute wait. We ordered multiple California Rolls and multiple Shrimp Tempura Rolls, as we had a bunch of people at our home for dinner. Instead of packaging them as individual servings, they crammed the orders into a single order container. The sushi was smushed, some upside down and was falling apart due to how they packaged it. I called the store to share this feedback and see how they could rectify and their only response was "next time we'll package it better." It was comparable to what you would get at your local grocery store except we spent over $100. So disappointing. There are too many good sushi spots around to give this restaurant a 2nd try. "

It also only came with like 4 fries so, I guess I just dont eat dinner tonight even though I'm out over $100 for this order. Tonight I also ordered a BOWL of crab and asparagus soup and instead received a CUP of creamy broth that tasted like vinegar and had basically no crab or asparagus in it at all. I have had this soup before so I do know what it is supposed to taste like.
My husband ordered the Wings and received exactly 6 wings for $20 and they included the wrong sauce. So again $100 down the drain.
Burgers were both disgustingly dry
We ended up throwing frozen pizza in the oven and throwing out all of this disgusting food.
I am so so disappointed and frankly The East End has used up their last chance with us. We may not even go back to The West End either, which is unfortunate as frequent customers.
