Second, the hand cut potatoes I thought were more cubed and roasted because of the picture. Well stupid me! They were basic hash you get at a diner that might be included in a 10$ omelette meal. They wanted 5$ for some sliced potato and mildly fried on a flat top.

The lack of beef was the biggest issue, especially given the price and the significant difference from what is shown in the photo.
I also paid an additional $1.99 for bacon, and received one piece of bacon on each side of the sandwich (two pieces total). While that was disappointing, the very small amount of beef was the main issue.
