"We have always loved the fast and reliable service and delicious food from Panda Family Buffet so we want to give them the benefit of the doubt.
That being said, I have to express my disappointment in our experience last night. We ordered Hot Pan chicken and received Jalapeno Chicken twice in a row. Two separate for orders for the same item and received the same INCORRECT item both times. Unfortunately we only received compensation for one of the wrong orders.
Getting the same wrong thing twice leads me to believe that there is a malfunction somewhere in how the order is placed on DoorDash and how the kitchen receives the order.
I hope this is fixed, or doesn't happen, in the future. "

"Delicious food but not worth the price. It's so expensive. The rangoons for sure were the top winner of the 4 that I ordered. The Xiao Long Soup Bun were the typical soup dumplings and did not justify the cost. The Pan Fried Thumblings were the typical dumplings just smaller and I wouldn't justify the cost. The Sweet & Tangy Cucumber Salad were sweet, tangy and refreshing and I can see the cost justified here.
